Terms and Conditions For Blooming Sheep Experiences

We’re delighted to have you as our guest. Before you book and is it us, please take a moment to review our Terms and Conditions.
1. Booking and Reservations
1.1 Reservation Confirmation and payments
• To secure a reservation, we ask for the full value/ total booking cost at time of booking
1.2 Cancellation
•Once a booking is made it is non refundable after 48 hours, after this refunds can only be offered if we can re-sell the tickets.
1.3 Allergy and dietary requirements
• If you have any allergies or dietary requirements, you must make us aware at the point of booking your experience.
2. Check-in and Check-out
2.1 Check-in
• Check-in time is confirmed at point of booking and guests are expected to arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before their allocated time. Early check-in may be available upon request, subject to availability.
2.2 Check-out
• Check-out time is dependant on the activity you have booked. Late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability.
3. Guest Responsibilities
3.1 Damage
• Guests are responsible for any damage to our property and its contents during their visit. The cost of repairs or replacements will be charged to the guest.
3.2 Behavior and Feeding of Sheep
• Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and courteous manner. Disruptive or unlawful behavior will not be tolerated. We do deserve the right to cancel or cut any activities short if we feel there is any risk to our animals or guests, without question. Any guest displaying lewd, offensive or threatening behaviour (either to guests or staff) will be removed from the farm without a refund.
. Guests are requested not to feed the sheep with their own food. We can provide the correct food for the sheep when you book an experience.
Guests are required to dress appropriately, sandals or open toe shoes are not suitable for the sheep experience
3.3 Smoking and Pets
• Smoking is not allowed inside the paddocks or near the sheep. Pets are not allowed unless otherwise specified in your reservation. (Assistance dogs)
3.4 Maximum Occupancy
• The maximum occupancy of are 8 guests. We are able to add extra tables for larger parties, please email ewe@bloomingsheep.com if this is required . For our meet the sheep visits we base our visits on no more than 4 people.
3.5 Accidents or Injuries
• By visiting our farm and Blooming Sheep you acknowledge that we accept no responsibility for any injuries or accidents sustained during your visit. As a working farm , we advise you to exercise caution and remain vigilant around the animals and your surroundings. When working with animals you never know what to expect, we spend time with the animals every day and they are generally very friendly and love being fussed over and cuddled but like people animals can have an off day and act ‘out of character’ because of this we have to point out that guest experiences may vary and Blooming Sheep are not liable for any accidents due to unpredictable animal behaviour.
Additionally, please beware that entry into the sheep enclosure will require you to sign an additional disclaimer, emphasise the importance of responsible behaviour and adherence to safety guidelines, All activities must be supervised around the animals at all times.
The sheep have no concept of personal space and are particularly fond of toggles, tassels, zip and buttons! Please be aware that sheep don’t often like strong perfume and will sneeze quite loudly.
4. Blooming Sheep Facilities and Amenities
4.1 Equipment
• We provide basic amenities and equipment. Please report any malfunctions or shortages to our staff promptly.
.4.2 Parking
Management accepts no responsibility for vehicles or their content which are left in our car park entirely at the owners risk.
5. Liability and Indemnity
• Blooming Sheep is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or losses that occur. Guests stay visit at their own risk.
6. Changes to Reservations
• We reserve the right to make changes to reservations, including switching guests to an equivalent or better accommodation, in unforeseen circumstances.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
• We collect and store guest information as required by law. We will not share your information with third parties.
During the experiences we sometimes take photos and videos that will be published to our social media platforms. Please let us know if you don’t want your photo taken/video taken.
8. Complaints and Disputes
• If you have any concerns during your stay, please contact us immediately so that we can address them. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with local laws.
9. Governing Law
• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the UK. Any legal actions must be brought in the courts in the UK.
10. Changes to the Terms and Conditions
• We reserve the right to update and change our Terms and Conditions. Any changes will be posted on our website and apply to all bookings made after the date of the change.
11. Gift Vouchers
• Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the purchase date.
• To redeem a voucher you must email ewe@bloomingsheep.com to book, and we try to accommodate the requested date, if it’s not available we will suggest an alternative date.
